Getting Around
All the links you will ever need!
Belfast is served by excellent transport links by day. By night buses and trains tend to stop running but taxis are usually freely available.
Belfast is served by translink which runs trains and buses throughout the city and Northern Ireland with links to the rest of Ireland. Trains are called NI Railways. Buses around the city are pink and are called metro and buses to other parts of Northern Ireland are blue and called Ulsterbus. Belfast’s famous black taxis operate throughout the city and can be caught at the many taxi ranks throughout the city. Two of the handiest ranks are in front of City Hall (centre of the city) and Great Victoria Street in front of the Europa Bus Centre.
